Outside Catering | Pakistani Wedding Food

When my son told me we were going on a mission trip to Pakistan with the youth group, we immediately decided to do a little research on the Culture of Pakistan.

Although my son and I were deeply interested in all aspects of Pakistani culture, and had just passed by the university's chef, who were especially interested in the culture of Pakistan in regard to food.

We learned that Pakistani cuisine is rich in oil and chilies and dishes are mostly meat such as chicken and meat. Pork is not allowed due to its importance in the religious culture of Islam. It found that "chapati", also called "roti", which is made with flour is consumed in almost all the time. Yogurt is widely used in the kitchen is the variety of curry and vegetables.

Two sound is delicious samosas, which are fried dough in oil and triangular in shape, that are filled with potatoes and / or vegetables or minced meat, pakoras and vegetables that are dredged in flour and fried. Tea and milk is what everyone seems to take on Pakistan.

Although each region seems to vary in the types of cuisine they eat, usually eating habits remain the same. It is customary to eat with your right hand, the tools are not generally used, and it is important to eat everything on your plate as a sign of respect for the food they have received.
