Planning For A Weddding

When you plan your wedding, there are many different people who will be involved in this once in a life time experience for you. While you may not think it necessary; many brides and grooms think it is nice to provide a gift for those who took the time out to be a part of the bridal party.
Bridal party gifts are a wonderful way of saying thank you to these special people in your lives. There are many different types of bridal party gifts to choose from; often times being offered in many different price ranges; allowing you to say thank you to your bridal party without breaking the bank.
Who in the bridal party should you purchase a gift for? There are a few people you should send thank you gifts some of them being:
  • Maid of honor
  • Best man
  • Brides parents
  • Grooms parents
  • Bridesmaids
  • Groomsmen
  • Flower girl
  • Ring bearer.

Bridal shower decorations may not seem quite as important as the actual wedding decorations; but that couldn’t be further from the truth. This is yet another step in the biggest day of a bride’s life. Why not make it one that she will remember forever? (save for an alcoholic blackout if things get a bit too frisky).

A bridal shower’s decorations should reflect the personality of the bride. If she is spunky and alternative; try showing a little bit of edge at this bridal shower with black construction paper or thongs strewn out on tables as centerpieces. However, the last part will vary on the bride’s sense of humor! If your bride is along your normal lines of a bride; you can use her chosen color scheme or theme from the wedding.

Some of the things you may need to decorate the bridal shower are:

• Balloons
• Flowers
• Cards from all of the attendees as center-pieces
• Construction paper
• Your cake or cupcakes (these can become a part of your decorations!)
